We stand for quality
Quality management at our GFO Center Drolshagen - Wohnen & Pflege St. Gerhardus - means that our structures, processes and concepts ensure that we provide the best possible services. This also means that we constantly put our services to the test, in an effort to both continuously develop ourselves further and to meet the requirements of external auditing authorities.
The current audit reports of the medical service as well as the WTG authority can be viewed on site upon request.
Advisory board represents the interests of our residents
Our user/resident council is elected at regular intervals by our residents and represents their interests vis-à-vis the facility.
The chairwoman of our residents' council is Gertrud Rath, a confidant and volunteer.
The rights and duties of the residents' council are defined by law. These include, in particular, the right to have a say as well as the right to information on the topics of accommodation, care, conditions of stay, home rules, catering and leisure activities.
The residents' council is therefore also an important link between the residents on the one hand and the facility on the other.
The GFO Center Drolshagen - Wohnen & Pflege St. Gerhardus - maintains many external partnerships and is constantly seeking new contacts.
The cooperation and cultivation of contacts with the parishes, the city of Drolshagen, local associations and other groups are of great importance.
Close cooperation exists in particular with:
- City of Drolshagen
- HOSPITALS
- GENERAL PRACTITIONERS AND SPECIALISTS
